The Cloisters Practice – Patient Representative Group (PRG)

The practice is encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. We would like to hear the opinions of as many patients as possible in order to keep our practice up to standards.

The purpose of the PRG is to provide you with an opportunity to be involved with how our practice is run. Every 2 months there will be a new ‘Topic for discussion’ (see tab above) asking for patients contributions and suggestions.

Your point of view is essential and will enable us to enhance your experience when you come to the practice. This may also be an opportunity for you to influence the local NHS.

Patient comments will be reviewed and information regarding any changes or developments will be displayed on our website and throughout the practice.

Unnecessary prescribing of antibiotics is known to be harmful, The Cloisters has produced a leaflet to help our patients understand why our GP's and Nurse Practitioner may not always prescribe antibiotics.
Do you feel that the leaflet is clearly written and conveys our message?
How would you improve it?
